WHO WE ARE?
The organization was founded on 17.12.2019. Some of us have always worked in the youth sector for different NGOs, others in the arts and culture, third in the development of youth politics, fourth of us are dealing professionally with digital media and technology, fifth with entrepreneurship, others with agricultural and rural development. We are all united by the idea of the fact that peers have the biggest power to influence other peers. That is why we work on setting an example of active and proactive youth, that doesn't blame the world for their problems, but seeks ways to improve them. Informal education and its promotion are a huge part of what we believe in. We know that informal education can develop the personal qualities of the youngsters for them one day to be young leaders and developers. Our main interests are working on involving young people in politics, social entrepreneurship, agriculture, self-development, and intercultural experiences and with these qualifications and inspirations to set an example from young people to other young people
IDEAS
One of the main ideas of the Academy is to create a community of active youngsters that care about their community; that would like to contribute to the development of their town, country and the EU.We are super inclusive and we invite everyone in our regular Erasmus+ meetings and activities.
EVENTS
Our regular events happen in our Youth Space .Each month(often more than once) we organise big events such as- Hackathons, European Parliament Stimulations, Debates; meetings with decision-makers; eco initiatives and so much more
LEARNING
We learn and we develop through the methods of non-formal learning. We believe that this style of learning is needed for every young person because it is extremely beneficial for them in terms of personal development, as well as professional one

EXPERIENCE
The organization works on the development of youth politics and the active involvement of youth activities in daily social life. Academy for active youth aims to be a mediator between the youth and the power of representation. Our long-term goal is to create an active young society of youngsters that know what it takes to make a change for youth voices to be heard and for more opportunities for the most vulnerable youth. Because only the young are the ones that are allowed to be idealistic by striving for a better world, and most importantly that knows that it is never too early to start and you are never too young to make a change happen. We believe in the youth because we believe in ourselves.
